BHC is a Community Housing Development Organization that manages 300+ affordable rental units. The Moderate Income Waiting List is designated for households earning 81-120% of the area median income, as set by the State of California for LA County.

The holidays are brighter when community comes together. 💙Last week, BHC partnered with Home Again Los Angeles for its 5th annual Toy Giveaway! Thanks to the generosity of our community partners, BHC was able to provide 100 families with holiday meal assistance at this event. Seeing families pick out gifts and enjoy the moment together reminded us why this work matters.
