đź’š OCD is more than what you see on the surface.

Living with Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD) can feel overwhelming, exhausting, and isolating. But you don't have to face it alone.

Therapy can help individuals better understand their thoughts, manage symptoms, and break free from the cycle of obsessions and compulsions.

✨ You are not your thoughts, and OCD does not have to control your life.

At Center for Hope and Healing, we believe that everyone deserves support, understanding, and the opportunity to heal. Taking that first step toward therapy can make a difference. đź’š

A very special thank you to the Cumberland County Court of Common Pleas Treatment Courts for the honor of inviting me to serve as the keynote speaker at today’s graduation ceremony.

The Honorable Judges Albert Masland and Jessica Brewbaker, along with the dedicated treatment court teams, provide individuals with something truly invaluable: an opportunity to turn past choices into new beginnings, renewed hope, and healthier futures.

These graduation ceremonies are always incredibly moving and touch my heart deeply. Witnessing individuals who have faced significant challenges, taken responsibility, worked hard, and committed themselves to change is a powerful reminder that our past does not have to define our future.

Today was about courage, perseverance, second chances, and the incredible power of hope. ❤️

To each graduate, congratulations! May you continue to recognize your strength, celebrate your progress, and believe in the possibilities ahead.

I am truly grateful to have been a small part of such a meaningful day. Thank you again for this incredible honor! đź’ś

🎉 10 YEARS OF HOPE, HEALING, AND HEART! 💚✨

This weekend, the Center for Hope and Healing family came together to celebrate a very special milestone — 10 YEARS! 🥳🎂

What better way to celebrate a decade of making a difference than with the incredible people who make it all possible?! From laughter and memories to good food and great company, it was a wonderful time celebrating with our staff and their families! ❤️

Over the past 10 years, we've grown, learned, laughed, and supported one another through it all. We are so grateful for every person who has been part of our journey and helped make Center for Hope and Healing what it is today.

Here's to 10 amazing years, the people who made them possible, and many more years of bringing hope and healing to our community! 🥂💚

💜 HOPE BEGINS WITH A CONVERSATION… AND TODAY, THAT CONVERSATION BEGAN! 💜

A heartfelt THANK YOU to The Highmark Caring Place for being so incredibly gracious and welcoming, providing the Center for Hope and Healing and the Su***de Prevention Alliance with a beautiful, safe space to begin an important conversation about how we can strengthen su***de prevention efforts and ultimately save lives throughout Cumberland and Perry Counties.

🌟 An incredible shout-out to everyone who joined us today! Your willingness to show up, speak up, share experiences, and offer thoughtful perspectives was truly inspiring. Together, we explored the strengths of our existing services, identified gaps and barriers, and shared some brilliant ideas about how we can better support individuals, families, and communities …

Today reminded me that no single person, organization, or agency can do this work alone. It takes collaboration, compassion, open minds, and a shared commitment to making a difference.

And this is only the beginning! đź’ś

📣 DID YOU MISS TODAY’S CONVERSATION? THERE’S STILL TIME TO BE PART OF IT!

We invite you to join us for our second community conversation:

đź“… Monday, October 26, 2026

⏰ 6:00–8:00 PM

📍 Good Hope Station

1200 Good Hope Road, Mechanicsburg, PA

Whether you are a professional, community partner, individual with lived experience, family member, or simply someone who cares about making our communities safer, YOUR VOICE MATTERS.

We don’t have all the answers, but together, we have the opportunity to ask better questions, build stronger connections, and create meaningful change.

Because even one life saved makes every conversation worth having. đź’ś

We hope to see you Monday!
