If you are overloaded with sweets after Halloween, you can donate excess candy (or the pieces you don't like!) to Pollard Parliament for use in the Pittsboro Holiday Parade! Bag up candy you are willing to part with and drop it off in the collection bins in the front office or during morning carline November 2-6. Thank you for your help!

Two tax amendments will be on the ballot this November, and PTA's across the state want families to be aware of the long-term implications these amendments could have on public education. The North Carolina PTA encourages families to do research and make informed decisions. You can review information from the NC PTA here, or look into the following resources:

NC Public School Forum: https://www.facebook.com/theNCForum & https://www.ncforum.org/
