Happy Halloween Chatham, from the Chatham Borough Farmers' Market! Sarah was very busy making buttons for the spooky little friends that came by! 🎃

Have a safe & wonderful Halloween and thank you for making us part of it!

Every October, our library fills with tiny costumes, wide eyes, and grown-ups who remember when they were the ones in capes and cat ears. The annual Halloween Children’s Parade is one of those moments we look forward to all year, a tradition that has come to feel like a gift to our community.

10/30/2026

Come to the library on Thursday, November 5 at 7 pm to hear from authors Daniel Chazin and Jim Simpson, who are passionate advocates for outdoor recreation and trail stewardship! Registration link in comments.

Celebrate Halloween with the Library!
1. Parade is a MUST. See you at 10am on Friday at the Library!
2. Farmers' Market is an ideal destination on Saturday with an 11:30 am costume contest for dogs and a 12 pm costume contest for people. Stop by our table, too!

✨ We try to make a little magic find its way into the everyday, but especially on Halloween! 🎃👻
