Keep those responses coming!! Business owners, if you haven’t completed the 2026 Business Outlook and Trends Survey (BOTS) yet, there’s still time to make your voice count.
The Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland, in partnership with the Clermont Chamber of Commerce, is collecting feedback from local businesses to better understand the challenges, opportunities, and trends shaping our economy.
Why participate?
✔ Help inform policy and economic decision-making
✔ Gain valuable insight into regional business trends
✔ Help Clermont County reach 50+ responses so the Chamber can receive a local economic analysis tailored to our business community
The survey only takes about 5 minutes and closes June 10. Take the survey here: https://clefed.org/4e2YutG
Thank you to everyone who has already participated and shared your perspective! Your input truly makes a difference.

Sometimes, the smallest gestures make the biggest impact. 💙
Today, we have to brag on one of our very modest members from Redwood Living Batavia — Rose Walden, Neighborhood Manager III, Chamber Ambassador, and friend. If you haven’t met Rose yet, you should.
Rose was recently recognized with the “Resident Impact” Award for a simple but incredibly meaningful act of kindness. After learning that a resident’s husband — who had passed away — always celebrated her birthday with a balloon and card, Rose quietly made note of her upcoming 85th birthday. Months later, she showed up at the resident’s door with a balloon, a heartfelt card, and a small cake to honor the tradition and remind her she was not forgotten.
The resident was moved to tears by the thoughtful gesture.
Moments like this remind us that kindness matters. Community matters. And people like Rose make a lasting difference every single day.
We are so proud to have Rose as a member, ambassador, and friend. Thank you for leading with compassion and showing us all the power of small acts of kindness.
