We are thrilled to announce our first five staff members recognized for truly exemplifying our Portrait Competencies:
• Adaptability – Janet Wastier, CMS 6th grade teacher
• Communication – Laura Lynde, CHS Office Admin Assistant
• Critical Thinking – Nicole Whiteside, Transportation
• Perseverance – Maren Joodi, CES 3rd grade teacher
• Empathy – Katie Risner, CES 4th grade teacher

From our classrooms to our front offices, these individuals live out our five competencies everyday. But we don't want to be the only ones who get to celebrate them—this year, we want YOU to help us celebrate how amazing our staff is!
Whether it’s a bus driver who starts the morning with a smile, a custodian who keeps our spaces safe, or a teacher or principal who inspires your child—we want to honor them. Tell us how they shine in our key competencies!
