We are a pregnancy care center desiring to reach out to the community and the families in need. This center does not perform or refer for abortions.

We provide free pregnancy test, maternity clothes and baby clothes/items. Hope Women's Center began in 1990 as Tri-County Pregnancy Center. The location was near the boundaries of the Greenville, Pickens and Anderson county lines. The goal was to reach the women in those counties who had no other place to go to receive help for their crisis pregnancies. TCPC's first location was on Hwy 123 in the building with Good News Travel Agency. The center had one office that doubled as a counseling room; one main counseling room and one bathroom. Those little rooms were always busy meeting the needs of women who saw the sign and heard that there were people who cared for them. As the center grew and began meeting needs of women mostly from the Pickens County area, it moved farther down Hwy 123 to Cross Creek Plaza and built a facility next door to Christian Supply Bookstore, where it stayed for two years. The facility was very adequate and seemed to be in a great location. Christian Supply became Crossway Bookstore and needed more room and TCPC's lease ran out! It was then, in 1993, that the house which was once the parsonage for Arial Baptist Church, was put on the market and TCPC found a new and permanent home! This new home is more than adequate to meet the needs of the ministry and the needs of the community. In 1997 the Board of Directors and staff of TCPC--along with the leading of the Holy Spirit--decided that Hope Women's Center more properly spoke of the ministry's desire to reach out to the community and the women in need. Since it's birth in 1990 the pregnancy center has ministered to several thousand women and celebrated the birth of numerous babies. Hope Women's Center has also seen many souls brought into the Kingdom of Christ. All to the glory of God.

Hope Women’s Center will be CLOSED November 2–6 while our staff attends a conference and we complete updates at the center.

This time will help us learn, grow, and prepare to serve our clients and families even better! 🏡✨

The Southern Smiles team was proud to sponsor and participate in the Hope Women’s Center of Easley’s Walk for Life 5K this past Saturday! 👣

As believers, we know that life is a precious gift from God. Every unborn baby is known by the Creator, made in His image, and worthy of love and protection. We believe in standing for those who cannot yet speak for themselves and advocating for a world where life is cherished and abortion is no longer the answer.

Our prayer is that we continue to be a voice for the voiceless, to stand firm in our faith, and to reflect God’s heart for the most vulnerable among us.

Rain or shine, you showed up with big hearts, smiling faces, and a passion for supporting the lives of babies and the families we serve. Your support, generosity, and willingness to walk alongside us mean more than words can express!
We are so grateful for every participant, volunteer, sponsor, donor, and supporter who helped make today possible. Even the rain couldn’t wash away the love and hope we saw today!

We may have gotten a little wet, but our hearts are FULL! 🥹

Thank you for standing with us, believing in our mission, and helping us continue to make a difference in our community.
And as we said today, if God sends the rain our way, we will praise Him for it! 🙌🌧️

RAIN OR SHINE, WE WALK FOR LIFE! 💕🌧️

We have received lots of calls, emails, and questions about tomorrow’s Hope Women’s Center Walk for Life 5K with rain in the forecast, so we wanted to share a quick reminder!

Our Walk for Life will go on rain or shine! 🌦️ Due to the difficulty of rescheduling an event of this size, we plan to move forward as scheduled.

Please dress accordingly, bring your rain gear, and use your best judgment when deciding what is right for you and your family.

As we like to say, the show must go on! And if God sends the rain our way, we will praise Him for it and make the best of a wet situation! 🙌☔️ After all, a little rain won’t wash away the hope we are walking for!

We are so incredibly thankful for each of you who supports Hope Women’s Center and our mission to serve women, babies, and families in our community. Your support means more than you know!
