The EPIC Family is expanding our substance use treatment services! 💙
We’re excited to announce the opening of a new OASAS (Office of Addiction Services and Supports) certified EPIC Long Island clinic in our East Meadow location, providing compassionate, high-quality care for individuals and families impacted by substance use.
This marks our second substance use disorder clinic within the EPIC Family of Human Services—the first located at South Shore Guidance Center in Freeport, and reflects our ongoing commitment to increasing access to vital support and treatment in our communities.
Our team offers a full range of services, including assessment, counseling, and recovery support, all in a safe and welcoming environment. We are committed to helping our community heal, grow, and thrive.
Contact our OASAS Assistant Director, Anna Vogel, MHC-LP for screening, at 516-739-7733, extension 1308. We look forward to serving you and making a positive impact together.

The South Shore Guidance Center, part of the EPIC Family of Human Service Agencies, celebrated a meaningful milestone this month as hundreds of Long Islanders came together at Freeport’s Cow Meadow Park for the 10th Annual Spring Fling Dog Walk for Mental Wellness.
A decade of wagging tails, community connection, and shared commitment to mental health, this event continues to remind us how powerful it is when people unite around wellness, compassion, and support. Each year, the Spring Fling Dog Walk not only raises awareness but strengthens the network of care that so many individuals and families rely on.
Here’s to ten years of partnership, purpose, and pups, and to many more ahead! 🐾 https://www.liherald.com/freeport/stories/dog-walk-mental-health,222520 Freeport Herald
