The Cecil County Health Department is hosting several Fall Respiratory Vaccine Clinics throughout November at locations across Cecil County. These FREE clinics are available to Cecil County residents and will offer COVID-19 and flu vaccines for adults and children.

Registration is required. Residents can scan the QR code on the flyer or visit https://appointments.pattrac.app/cecil/clinic to register and find a clinic near them.

Maryland EBT cardholders: Activate your new card today!

Magnetic-stripe-only cards will deactivate soon. To avoid disruption to your benefits:

✅ Activate your new card by following the instructions included with it or calling 1-800-997-2222.

✅ Choose a new PIN. Your card is not fully activated until you set your PIN.

Once both steps are complete, your old card will stop working.

Haven’t received your new card? Call 1-800-997-2222 to report your card as missing and request a replacement, or visit your local department of social services.

September is Kinship Care Month.

Kinship caregivers are relatives, family friends, or other adults with a meaningful connection to a child who step in to provide care for them when their parents are unable to. They provide stability, support, and a safe place to call home.

We’re marking the month with education, outreach, community events, and resources for kinship families across the state.
