What's B.o.B? Our annual BLIZZARD of BLANKETS! That's when we invite everyone in the community to bring their new or gently used, clean blankets and winter garments to the Upper Room at our home at St. Paul's Church Erie - 1024 Peach St on SATURDAY, NOVEMBER 16, 2024 from 9 AM - NOON! 'It's just time': Cris Taylor retiring as director of Erie's Upper Room homeless shelter Taylor said his retirement will be effective on June 1. He was hired as the daytime homeless shelter's part-time paid director in March 2014.
