Legacy Harbour Marina is officially open again after a major $15M rebuild, and it's a major win for downtown Fort Myers and our tourism community.

With 130+ slips and direct Gulf access, more boaters will be docking in the heart of Fort Myers and exploring the area's restaurants, shops, and attractions. That means increased foot traffic, additional visitor spending, and renewed waterfront activity.

We're proud to celebrate this milestone for our destination!

When visitors stay in our hotels and vacation rentals, their tourism tax dollars help take care of the places we all love. This fiscal year, $12.9M is set aside to keep our beaches clean, maintained and ready for everyone.

🏖️ Tourists help pay for it. We all enjoy the benefits year-round.

Before you hire your next influencer… read this.

Influencer partnerships can be a great way to showcase your business to new audiences, but a little planning can go a long way!

Here are four best practices to keep in mind before your next collaboration:

Pick the right partner. Look for creators whose audience and travel style genuinely align with your experience, not just those with big follower counts. Check their comments and how they interact with their community.

Set clear expectations. Get deliverables, tags, timing, and content usage rights in writing so everyone is on the same page.

Let them tell their story. Share your key messages, but give creators room to express your experience in their own voice. Authenticity helps build trust with their audience.

Extend the impact. With permission, repurpose their content across your own channels to keep the momentum going long after the original post.

Save this for your next influencer collaboration, and share it with a fellow industry partner!
