🩷🐾 Panthers, let’s PINK OUT this Friday, October 30!

Wear pink to school and the football game as we raise breast cancer awareness, honor survivors, remember loved ones, and support those facing the fight.

Our cheerleaders will be selling pink items in the lunchroom before school and during homeroom—stop by and get ready to show your support!

🎓 Seniors will be recognized before the game. Come early to help us celebrate them!

🌟 Staff Spotlight: Mrs. Tricia Padgett 🌟

Mrs. Tricia Padgett began her teaching career in 2005 as an elementary classroom teacher before transitioning into elementary special education.

Mrs. Padgett has a genuine passion for children and is always willing to do whatever is needed to help her students succeed. Her strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail allow her to provide the structure, support, and encouragement each child needs to grow.

Her dedication to GCCS extends beyond the classroom. Mrs. Padgett can often be found helping at the ticket booth during sporting events and supporting our students and school wherever she is needed.

She is also the proud mother of two daughters, Anna and Ally.

We are grateful for Mrs. Padgett’s caring heart, dependable spirit, and continued commitment to helping every student find success! 🧡🖤🐾

This Friday, October 30, we're trading our traditional orange and black for a little PINK as we come together for PINK OUT NIGHT! 💕

🎀 WEAR PINK FOR A PURPOSE!

Join us as we raise awareness for breast cancer, celebrate the strength and courage of survivors, honor those we have lost, and stand alongside individuals and families who continue to face this disease. Together, we recognize the importance of hope, support, and continued research in the fight against breast cancer.

🎓🏈 IT'S ALSO SENIOR NIGHT!

Before kickoff, we will recognize and honor our senior athletes and participants for their dedication, hard work, and contributions to GCCS. We invite our Panther families and community to arrive early and help us celebrate these seniors as they take part in this special tradition!

🍂 Join us for the GCCS Fall Festival and Family Engagement Night! 🍂

Bring your family and join us for an evening of fun, resources, and Panther community!

📅 Thursday, November 12
🕠 5:30–7:00 p.m.
📍 Panther Stadium

The evening will include games for students, resources for families, raffles, and spirit items for sale. The concession stand will also be open!

Local churches and organizations are invited to set up a table to share resources and opportunities. Please email [email protected] to reserve a space.

We hope to see our Panther families there! 🧡🖤🐾

We are excited to announce that after-school math tutoring will be available for all middle school students who would like extra help with their math coursework beginning next week.

Tutoring will be offered every Tuesday and Thursday after school until 4:00 p.m. This is a great opportunity for students to ask questions, strengthen their understanding of math concepts, and get additional support with their classwork.

We encourage any students who could benefit from extra math support to take advantage of this opportunity!

Junior dues are currently $180. A $25 late fee will be added after December 16. Juniors must pay dues in order to attend prom.

Seniors:
The deadline for cap and gown orders is December 1. Orders should be placed on www.rallyrecognition.com. See Mrs. Clark if you need help or have questions about ordering.
