One of the many initiatives in my 2027 Brown County budget proposal invests in Brown County 4-H Youth Development through the purchase of LEGO Computer Science and AI LEGO kits. It was a great time during Brown County Parks' r***e range open house. On Saturdays and Sundays in October, the r***e range will be open from 8 a.m. to 3:45 p.m. Then in November, the r***e range will be open daily from 8 a.m. to 3:45 p.m. until Nov. 19th.

Don't forget that all and active-duty military members will get free admission on , Wednesday, Nov. 11th!

Hunters can also help community members in need by donating their deer to Paul's Pantry, who will process it and take care of everything!

FIRE SAFETY WEEK 🔥

During Fire Safety Week, we want to remind everyone to charge batteries safely and practice battery safety when buying, charging, using, and recycling batteries.

- Use the correct charger.

- Never charge on a bed or under a pillow.

- Keep batteries away from heat and flammable items.

- If a battery smokes, sparks, or catches fire: Get out, stay out, and call 911.

We also want to take this opportunity to thank all of the Fire Departments that serve the citizens of Brown County. Your dedication and service help keep our communities safe!
