The Selectmen's meeting scheduled for tonight, Tuesday, October 27th, has been cancelled due to conflicting schedules.

Then next scheduled meeting will be held on Tuesday, November10th, at 5:00 pm at the Harrington Town Office.

Notice Regarding Tax Bill Error

The error affecting the tax bills has been corrected, and revised bills were mailed today.

For those who requested to receive their tax bills by email, the corrected bills will be sent to your inbox on Monday.

The discount period has been reset, allowing 30- and 60-day discount periods from the date of the revised bill.

Any payments received after the error was identified have been returned along with the corrected bill. Payments received prior to the error being identified that have already been posted to accounts will be corrected. Any refunds due will be issued within the next few weeks.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience and confusion this error may have caused. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we worked to correct the issue.

As per the Harbor Management Ordinance any unpaid mooring as of 9/1/2026 are considered abandoned and will be removed at the owners expense. The Harbor Master will allow until 9/18/2026 for all moorings to be paid.
