Our non-heated park restrooms, and drinking fountains, will be closed for the winter season on Friday.

Parks staff members are winterizing restrooms at the following parks:

Brickyard Park
Carter Park
Highland Park
Libs Park (seen here)
Oswego Park
Rec Fields

Restrooms at Chautauqua Park, Crosier Park, Heartwell Park, Lake Hastings and Lincoln Park have small, electric heaters that allow them to stay open longer than the older restrooms. The City of Hastings will inform the public when these heated restrooms close for the season.
