The New Greater Hempstead Chamber of Commerce senior committee is dedicated to the seniors we serve.

Through partnerships, we can meet our local seniors where they are and provide services.

By popular vote in early September, the residents of Hempstead Senior Housing voted on which workshop they would like, and by popular demand, they wanted flower pot painting!

Created by our President, Dr. Lukes, for a social, emotional experience in partnership with the phenomenal artist company, Creation Wait LLC.

A special thank you to all who supported and attended this event, and to CN Guidance and Counseling Services for our partnership

The New Greater Hempstead Chamber of Commerce was a proud partner of the 2nd Annual Multi-Chamber of Commerce Business Person of the Year event, where we celebrated our NGHCOC member, Alula Bright, as Business of the Year. You are truly deserving of this recognition, and the overwhelming appreciation shown by the attendees demonstrates that your business is a valuable asset to the community.

Congratulations to Alula Bright Daycare and all of the 2026 Business of the Year recipients.

Thank you, President Lukes, for your heartfelt speech, and to all NGHCOC members who attended.
