Today, some of your HVPD officer stopped in Fern & Finch Coffee for their soft opening. We enjoyed drip coffee, iced coffee, and decaf drip coffee. We all enjoyed our coffee very much and are excited to welcome Fern & Finch to Highland Village. Thank you for having us today, it was a pleasure meeting everyone!

We are still $5,250 short of our fundraising goal for the November 11 Salute Our Veterans luncheon. With less than a month to go, we're counting on our community to help us make this event possible.

Sponsorships start at $50, which covers lunch for one Veteran and their guest. You can sponsor additional meals in $25 increments. All sponsors receive recognition in the event program placed on each table.

Please sponsor today and help us reach our goal! https://thehvba.com/266/Salute-Our-Veterans

The Salute Our Veterans luncheon is a special opportunity to thank local Veterans for their service. Each year, nearly 300 people attend, and many Veterans say they look forward to the event all year.

Today is National First Responders Appreciation Day! Please take a moment to recognize and thank the First Responders in our community that go above and beyond on daily basis to keep us safe and serve in so many ways. All of us at HVPD and HVFD would also like to thank all the First Responders in our area that we work so closely with that support us when we need assistance.

Thank you to everyone who came out to the TXFallenPD 5K and Bike Race on Saturday. We had beautiful weather and a great turnout of runners and riders. Most importantly, you helped us remember and honor the lives of Texas officers killed in the line of duty over the last year.

A special thank you to our sponsors. This event would not be possible without your generosity. THANK YOU!
