🚧 Cyber Risk Is a Construction Risk
Today’s contractors are prime targets for cybercrime—thanks to frequent payments, vendor networks, and reliance on email and cloud systems.
⚠️ From wire fraud to ransomware, a single incident can disrupt jobs, delay projects, and cost thousands (or more).
💡 Cyber isn’t just a data issue—it’s a payments and downtime problem.
✅ The right cyber coverage helps protect operations, finances, and your bottom line.
Dan Oberheu at Amwins wants to talk about protecting your construction clients.

A message from 2025-2026 IIAH Chairman, Susan Zipperer...
“The past couple of months have been exciting and meaningful for our organization. It has been inspiring to see our members come together to strengthen our mission, support one another, and give back to the community through service.
In April, we hosted a planning session with agencies and carriers to brainstorm where we want to take the organization and how we can continue creating value for our members. The following day, volunteers came together preparing and packaging baked goods for distribution to homeless organizations, transitional homes, and halfway houses across the city through Golden Butterfly Bakers.
In May, volunteers met at The Women's Home to celebrate women graduating from a year-long program designed to help them get back on their feet. Volunteers decorated, met with the graduates, and cheered them on during this special milestone. IIAH’s 33rd Spring Golf Classic was also held with a great turnout. While it was a rainy morning, the skies cleared by tee time making for a beautiful afternoon of golf.
Please watch your email for details on our upcoming Kids’ Meals volunteer opportunities, the YIPs Open, and the 33rd Charity Bowl. Thank you for your continued support, enthusiasm, and service as we continue making a difference together.”

This Memorial Day, we honor the service members who made the ultimate sacrifice for our country.
Their courage, resilience, and commitment to something greater than themselves are values that inspire us—in our work, our teams, and our communities.
As we spend time with loved ones this weekend, let’s also take a moment to remember those who made it possible.
