We are so honored to receive Keep Oklahoma Beautiful’s Government Excellence award!

This award recognizes Oklahoma governments running programs with measurable environmental impact.

If you haven’t stopped by the Pollinator Garden (free!) at the Oklahoma Aquarium, go see why it was featured as part of this award.

Thank you to Keep Oklahoma Beautiful for continuing to support cities and municipalities regarding environmental impact!

Did you know the world’s largest collection of bull sharks lives right here in Jenks?

The Oklahoma Aquarium has been part of our community since 2003, and it’s still one of the best ways to spend a day in town. Walk through the underwater tunnel and watch bull sharks swim right over your head in a 500,000 gallon tank. Then, stop by the touch tanks to feel the difference between a smooth stingray and a tiny shark, catch the otters and beavers playing in the Ozark Stream exhibit, or say hello to Seamore at Sea Turtle Island!

Here’s something else worth knowing: the aquarium is a nonprofit, so every ticket and membership goes back into its exhibits and education programs. When you visit, you’re supporting a local treasure that helps kids and families learn about the water world around us.

What's your favorite exhibit at the Oklahoma Aquarium? Let us know in the comments!
