💗 Today is National Breast Cancer Awareness Month.💗

AMR Troup honors the countless individuals and families whose lives have been touched by breast cancer.

For many of us, this cause is deeply personal. It is a mother, father, sister, daughter, spouse, partner, friend, coworker, or mentor. It is someone we love, someone we have cared for, or someone we miss dearly. Behind every diagnosis is a story of strength, courage, hope, and perseverance.

To those who are currently fighting, to those who have survived, and to those who carry the memory of a loved one lost, we stand with you. Your resilience inspires us, and your journey reminds us of the incredible strength found in the human spirit.

As healthcare professionals and first responders, we witness the power of compassion, support, and community every day. We know that no one should face life's toughest challenges alone. This month, we encourage everyone to take a moment to check in on one another, prioritize their health, and remind those around them that they are loved, valued, and supported.

🕊️ 25 Years Later, We Still Remember

Today, as we reflect on the 25th anniversary of September 11th, we remember the lives that were lost, the families whose worlds were forever changed, and the survivors who continue to carry the memories of that day.

We also honor the brave first responders who answered the call without hesitation. In a time of fear and uncertainty, they showed extraordinary courage, selflessness, and compassion, reminding us what it truly means to serve others.

As we pause for a moment of silence, let us remember not only the tragedy of that day, but also the strength, resilience, and unity that followed. May we never forget the sacrifices made and the heroes who ran toward danger to help those in need.

Today, we remember, honor and give thanks. ❤️🤍💙

💚 September is National Su***de Prevention Month 💚

At GMR, we are committed to protecting the mental well-being of our team members, their families, and the communities we serve.

Mental health matters, and it's important to recognize the warning signs, start conversations, and remind those around us that help is available.

Through the GMR Life Program, team members and their loved ones have access to resources designed to provide support, identify levels of risk, and connect individuals with the help they need.

Remember: You are not alone. Just as you care for others every day, we are here to support you when you need it most.

✅ Check in with a coworker
✅ Reach out to a friend or loved one
✅ Listen without judgment
✅ Encourage seeking help when needed

☎A simple conversation can make a life-changing difference.

Together, we can help break the stigma, promote awareness, and foster a culture of care

📚✏️ Back-to-School Safety Starts Now! 🚑

As students head back to the classroom, AMR Troup encourages families to make safety a top priority. Here are a few simple reminders to help ensure a safe and successful school year:

🚸 Walking to and from School • Walk on sidewalks whenever possible. • Cross at designated crosswalks and street corners. • Put away phones and other distractions when crossing the street. • Look left, right, and left again before crossing. • Make eye contact with drivers and watch for vehicles that may be turning or backing up.

🧼 Practice Good Hand Hygiene Frequent handwashing with soap and water or the use of hand sanitizer can help keep students healthy throughout the school year.

🍎 Choose Healthy Foods Nutritious breakfasts and lunches provide the vitamins, minerals, and nutrients children need to learn, grow, and thrive.

🏠 Be Prepared After School If children are home alone after school, make sure they know: ✅ How to call 911 ✅ Their home address and phone number ✅ Parent/guardian contact information ✅ The name and phone number of a trusted neighbor or emergency contact

Wishing all students, teachers, and families a safe, healthy, and successful school year! 🎒🍎
