🎀 4th Annual LCCA PreK-3 Breast Cancer Walk 🎀 "Charging For A Cure"
This year, we have made a slight adjustment to the event and will be allowing 3rd grade students only to participate in the walk. However, we encourage ALL PreK-3 students to wear Pink to honor our Survivors.
💗 Students whose parent or family member is a breast cancer survivor are warmly invited to join us for this special walk.

🔦✨ Things got a little brighter at Ms. Moore's Reading Table today! ✨🔦
Students practiced reading skills under black lights while using glow sticks and fluorescent markers. What looked like a fun glow party was actually focused learning, teamwork, and literacy practice!
When students are engaged, learning shines. 💙📚

🔤✨ N is for NEW learning! ✨🔤

Our Kindergarten Chargers are getting hands-on with the letter Nn with Mrs. Amy! ❤️💙

Before putting pencil to paper, our students practiced recognizing the letter Nn, identifying its sound /n/, and using Play-Doh to build uppercase and lowercase letters! 🙌

This fun, multisensory approach helps strengthen fine motor skills, letter recognition, and early literacy foundations while preparing students to trace and write independently! ✏️🧠

First we BUILD it, then we TRACE it, and soon we’ll WRITE it! 🌟

At LCCA PreK–3, little hands are making BIG learning gains! 💙

🍂🎃 WHAT A FANTASTIC DAY AT NELSON’S ACADEMY ANNUAL FALL FEST! 🎉💙

A huge THANK YOU to Nelson’s Academy for inviting Lake Charles Charter Academy PreK-3 to participate as a vendor in their Annual Fall Fest! 🍁💙🤍

It was such a joy seeing our Little Chargers out and about, enjoying the festivities with BIG smiles, laughter, and excitement! 🥰🎃🍭

And let’s not forget the highlight of the day! 🤣🎤🕺🏽 One of our very own Little Chargers stole the show with a special Michael Myers meets Michael Jackson performance! 🎃🕺🏽🎶 Talk about entertainment! Our Little Charger definitely understood the assignment! 😂👏🏽💙

What an amazing day filled with fun, fellowship, and community spirit! We absolutely LOVE seeing our Charger families outside the classroom, making memories together! 💙🐾

Once again, THANK YOU, NELSON’S ACADEMY, for your hospitality and for allowing LCCA PreK-3 to be part of such a wonderful event! We had a GREAT time! 🍂🎉
