We encourage everyone to enjoy responsibly. With that in mind, trucks and a flat bed trailer will be available for bikes in event you need to uber home and bike will be brought back to station 43.

It was a busy Saturday morning for ! Spent time supporting our endorsed candidates and by “walking” neighborhoods, letting our community know that the Local 1285 supports these two. This is also an opportunity to assure the community of the hard work and dedication of their local firefighters, dispatchers, mechanics and support staff, striving for the ultimate goal of safety in the community.

An appearance was also made at The Helldorado Days Parade! If you were out there, you certainly saw our parade truck, “Big Red”.

We love our community and are grateful to have such great members, city council members and citizens that make all of this possible.

Members of your Local 1285 spent the evening with Councilwoman Nancy Brune and Metro, spreading awareness of EV bike safety. This is very hot topic, as there is a massive uptick in EV bike and scooter related accidents. The event was filled with volleyball, fun and education for the neighborhood kids!Be safe out there Las Vegas!

The have challenged your Local 1285 with a friendly wager! The face off with the in Round 2 of The Stanley Cup Playoffs. The losing local (best of 7 game series) will face the punishment of wearing the winning local’s team themed swag, which will be documented via social media! Good luck to the ladies and gents of Anaheim Fire.

Earlier this month, members from and explorer advisors made their way to Southern California for the annual CFEA (California Fire Exploring Association) Academy, where some our explorers had the opportunity to further expand their knowledge and skill set, as they continue to pursue a career in the fire service. Thank you all for representing!

The LVFR Bomb Squad K9 Team participated in the 34th Annual Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department K9 Trials this last weekend. After battling it out with multiple explosive detection K9 teams from local and out of state law enforcement agencies, K9 Wilbur and his handler were awarded 3rd place.
