🎄⛳ Help Us Make Leland School’s 1st Annual Winter Mini-Golf Extravaganza a Success! ⛳🎄

We're looking for local businesses, families, and community members to help support our upcoming Winter Mini-Golf event!

We are offering 18 hole sponsorship opportunities for just $200 per hole. Sponsors will be recognized at their sponsored hole throughout the event!

All proceeds will go toward supporting Leland School's Student Incentive Funds.

This is a great opportunity to support our students, show your Panther pride, and be part of a fun new community event!

🦃🍂 Thanksgiving Food Drive | November 9–20 🍂🦃

The Leland High School LEAD Team is hosting a Thanksgiving Food Drive to support our local food pantry, 5 Loaves and 2 Fish! ❤️

🥫 We are collecting nonperishable food items, especially those in high demand:
🍎 Canned fruit & canned tuna
🥣 Cereal & breakfast items
🍘 Crackers & snack bars
🧂 Condiments
🦃 Boxed stuffing & dinner sides

🏆 K–12 Classroom Contest! The class that brings in the most boxed food will get to slime Mr. Bickel at the assembly! 🤣

Let's come together to support our community and help stock the pantry before Thanksgiving! Every donation makes a difference. ❤️

Make plans to join us this Saturday, November 7th, for a great evening supporting Somonauk/Leland Wrestling!

Stop by Rambo’s Bar & Grill from 4–8 PM! A percentage of all proceeds will go directly to benefit the Wrestling Team.

There will also be a basket raffle, so come hungry, bring your friends and family, and help support our Bobcats!

On Halloween, we held an all-school costume contest. Now it’s the community’s turn to help us choose the winners!

We’ve put together a Google Form where you can vote for your favorite costume in each category. 🗳️

Voting ends Friday at 6:00 AM! We’ll announce the winners during morning announcements.

Our 7th graders just wrapped up their Gothic fiction and horror unit after diving into the macabre world of Edgar Allan Poe! After studying "The Tell-Tale Heart," "Annabel Lee," and "The Premature Burial," students brought these spooky classics to life through hands-on projects. They built detailed dioramas recreating the suspense of "The Tell-Tale Heart" and drew comic strips capturing the changing moods of "Annabel Lee." Incredible work by our young literary critics and artists!
