Our Meal and Kitchen team make magic in the kitchen daily with your donations. Second helpings and second chances for our women!. We are blessed to have Colleen Scholl as part of our team that serves our delicious meals.
Here the choices were Stromboli or sliders 🫶🏼 Over the next few weeks you will meet more of our team that serves our beautiful clients each day in their own amazing way.

What a Monday! Thank you friends from First Lutheran Church of Longview and Kristen Ishihara Mayor of Longview for serving us up love in the form of Turkey, mashed potatoes, beans, deviled eggs and THEIR RENOWNED PINEAPPLE CASSEROLE 🍍! You are the best!! We love you 😘

Karen Lowrey always brings us joy. She brings groceries and encouragement w a smile and this week she and these ladies shared the joy of pottery w our ladies. Thank you for loving on us and sharing your time and gift !

I am one month in at House of Hope and it feels like I have been here forever. Sister Helen has always called the ladies her girls. I fully see now why. I have completely fallen in love w these women. I have been humbled, encouraged, educated and inspired. I’m so blessed to be here. If your business,church group or small group is looking for good soil to plant your seed there is some here. The faces change but the stories are the same. The needs daily are great. Thank you for loving ,giving and praying for us ! Thank you Lord for this calling and opportunity -Carrie

2. Unlocked phones- we can get the ladies a govt SIM but we need phones as many of them do not have a way to communicate w jobs friends etc
3. Slip proof shoes ladies sizes 7 through 10. If you have some in good condition-we need!
4. Peanut Butter

It is so HOT OUTSIDE. Just Go stand outside for 15 minutes. Now imagine not being able to escape to the cool. ! We are so blessed to have cool air and offer some comfort and showers during extreme temps to women and babies. More women means higher water bill, electric bill, more laundry and more body wash! House of Hope relies solely on private donations and no state or govt funding
