We had a wonderful time on Friday exploring our Chapter House, Assistance League Theatre, and Preschool Learning Center aboard a bus. It was a fantastic opportunity to showcase the heart of our organization and the impact of our programs.

🌈 Stretch, Serve & Celebrate Pride With Us! 🌈

Join the Assistance League of Los Angeles Young Professionals Group on Saturday, June 6 for a special Pride Month Stretch & Serve event benefiting our program.

Start your morning with drinks, light bites, and meaningful connections as you network with fellow YPG members before rolling up your sleeves for service. Together, we’ll assemble Pride-inspired bracelets and school supply kits that help support the diverse children and families we serve throughout Los Angeles.

On this Memorial Day, we pause to remember and honor those who gave their lives in service to our nation. We are grateful for their sacrifice and the freedoms they helped protect. 🇺🇸

A backpack is never just a backpack. 💙🎒

This week, thanks to our program, hundreds of underserved students at Euclid Elementary received more than school supplies — they received the essentials to start the school year feeling prepared, confident, and cared for.

Each student left our Wheels service day with a new backpack filled with new essentials including clothing, shoes, underwear, socks, personal care items, books, school supplies, a toy and more.

Thank you to our incredible members, volunteers, and community partners for showing up and making this day possible. Every packed backpack, every fitted shoe, every moment of care helps remind a child: you matter, and your community believes in you.

Together, we’re helping students walk into the school year ready to learn, grow, and thrive. ✨

This , we honor the strength, resilience, and potential of every child in foster care. 💙

Through Assistance League of Los Angeles’ Foster Children’s Resource Center, children and teens experiencing foster care receive essential items, comfort, and support during times of transition. From new clothing, shoes and personal care products to school supplies, books, toys and more — all help restore confidence and dignity.

Every child deserves to feel seen, supported, and cared for. Together, we can help make that possible! 😊
