Every person’s support needs look a little different, which is why we offer two types of support for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

▪️Community Living Arrangements, also known as group homes, provide a supportive home setting in Manchester, Vernon, Windsor, Columbia, and Willimantic.
▪️Individualized Home Support, also called Supported Living, is for adults in their own home, condo, or apartment who need less than 24-hour support, with help that can include meal planning, grocery shopping, cooking, doctor appointments, and managing finances.

Both options focus on fostering independence and helping each person feel at home in their community. Our team would be happy to talk with your family about which option fits best at marchinc.org/contact-us.

It’s also a great chance to think about how workplaces across Manchester and the surrounding towns can become more inclusive.
