The City of Marco Island is launching a six-month pilot program to make public legal notices available on the Collier County website (https://notices.collierclerk.com), in parallel with traditional newspaper publication.
Through the County platform, residents may also have the option to receive notices by email or first-class mail. The City encourages resident feedback regarding their experience accessing public notices through the County Website.
