Dive-In Movie at City Lake Aquatic Center features swimming, games, concessions for purchase, and a showing of Finding Nemo on Friday, June 12. The fun begins at 7:00 p.m., with the movie starting at dusk.

🏊 NEW: Adaptive Swim

Enjoy a safe and welcoming aquatic experience during Adaptive Swim, a modified swim time designed for individuals with disabilities and special needs. Adaptive Swim takes place on Saturdays from 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. at City Lake Aquatic Center.

This Saturday, June 6 at 6-8 p.m., teens ages 12–17 are invited to a special summer Pool Edition of Teen Turnout at Town East Pool, 2525 John Glenn Parkway. Teens can enjoy free:

A trail walk with a twist is coming to the Heritage Trail! 🚶Walking for Wellness invites all ages and skill levels to celebrate National Trails Day with a 1.25-mile walk and optional activity stations along the path. Try the jump rope challenge, carry a sandbag, walk a beam, weave through cones and more on the trail.

Enjoy an evening of swimming, fun, and quality time during Family Swim Night, held every Thursday from 7 to 9 p.m. at Vanston Pool.

Looking for a free outdoor activity for the whole family? Walking for Wellness takes place Saturday, June 6 from 9:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. at the Dunford Heritage Trailhead, 1015 Green Canyon Dr. All ages are invited to celebrate National Trails Day with a walk along the Heritage Trail and participate in optional challenges and prizes.

Adventure has no age limit! The Adults 50+ Program took on the zip line at Rorie-Galloway Day Camp and soared through the day with courage, friendship, and encouragement. This outdoor adventure proved fun, new experiences can happen at any age.

Today the community gathered at the Mesquite Veterans Memorial for a Memorial Day Remembrance service honoring the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice.

The ceremony included the National Moment of Silence and a reading of local heroes who gave their lives defending our nation.
