🍂🎃 Ambridge 1 Head Start Fall Festival Fun! 🎃🍂

What a wonderful day of family engagement, learning, and fall fun at our Ambridge Head Start Rm-1 Fall Festival!

We were excited to welcome 16 family members who joined us for an afternoon filled with hands-on activities and special memories.

Our children and families explored the insides of pumpkins, picked their very own pumpkins from our classroom pumpkin patch, and showed off their creativity by painting beautiful pumpkin masterpieces. Activities like these help strengthen family connections, encourage learning through exploration, and create lasting memories for our children.

A special thank you to all the families who attended and helped make this event such a success. Your involvement and support make a tremendous difference in your child's educational journey.

🎃💚 PERFECT ATTENDANCE SHOUT-OUT! 💚🎃

On this Halloween Eve, we are celebrating one outstanding classroom that achieved Perfect Attendance today!

🐾🎉 Congratulations to Riverside Head Start and all 13 amazing students who showed up ready to learn, grow, and have fun! Dressed in their green and white school colors, our Panthers showed us that every day in school matters.

📚 Attendance builds strong learners, strengthens classroom connections, and creates opportunities for children to reach their full potential. We are proud of our Riverside families for making education a priority each day.

🎃🧡 Happy Halloween from Blackhawk Head Start! 🧡🎃

What a fun-filled day we had celebrating Halloween! Our children enjoyed a day packed with dancing, Halloween Bingo, and an exciting classroom scavenger hunt. Smiles, laughter, and learning were everywhere as our little learners made special memories together.

A very special thank you to Instructor Mrs. Jeanette and Instructor-Assistant Mrs. Margie (not pictured), and Mrs. Englis for providing the children's favorite activity of the day, the wonderful "Poke-a-Pumpkin" game! 🎃✨ Your thoughtfulness helped make our celebration extra special.

Thank you to our amazing staff, families, and volunteers for helping create a safe, engaging, and memorable Halloween celebration for our Head Start children.

🍂🚒 Fire Safety Month may be coming to a close, but the lessons learned will last a lifetime! 🚒🍂

Private Industry Council Head Start/Early Head Start of Beaver County would like to extend a heartfelt THANK YOU to the City Of Aliquippa Fire Department for their continued partnership and commitment to educating our children about fire safety.

A special shoutout to Firefighter Kurt Pucci, who recently visited our classroom to provide an engaging and hands-on learning experience for our Head Start/Early Head Start children. Firefighter Pucci helped children understand the important role firefighters play in keeping our communities safe by demonstrating the protective gear firefighters wear and sharing valuable fire safety tips.

Our children had the opportunity to ask questions, learn what to do in an emergency, and become more comfortable seeing firefighters in full gear, helping to reduce fear and build confidence.

Thank you, Firefighter Kurt Pucci and the City of Aliquippa Fire Department, for investing your time and expertise in the safety and well-being of our youngest learners. Together, we are helping children build knowledge, confidence, and lifelong safety habits.

🎃🎨 Pumpkin Painting & Pumpkin Learning Fun in Room 1! 🎨🎃

The children in B. Falls 6th Ave Head Start Room 1 had a fantastic time exploring all things pumpkins! From learning about how pumpkins grow to discovering their shapes, colors, and textures, our young learners enjoyed a hands-on day filled with creativity and learning.

The highlight of the day was pumpkin painting, where each child had the opportunity to express their creativity and create a one-of-a-kind masterpiece. Activities like these help build fine motor skills, encourage self-expression, and make learning fun and memorable!
