RE/MAX Results was a blast!

We definitely saw an increase in traffic, with plenty of families coming through and checking out the homes!
But at the end of my second open house, I had a little time to kill and decided to shoot something a little different.
Let's just say I know how to entertain myself when nobody's looking. 😂

Another unedited conversation with myself!!

Cashed the insurance check but never replaced the roof? That might come back to bite you!
Recently had a For Sale By Owner where the seller collected insurance money for a new roof but never replaced it.
Fast forward a couple years. Buyer's insurance company checks the claims history, sees the payout, and won't insure the roof. Deal falls apart.
Here's what people don't know: Insurance companies share claims information through industry databases. They can see previous claims and payouts. That stuff doesn't just disappear!

Two lessons: Insurance companies don't forget, and when buying a For Sale By Owner, ask yourself what you might NOT be getting told.
