🚒Recently we were a part of the City of Nampa, Idaho - Municipal Government Safe Swim event at Lakeview Water Park in Nampa.
This event highlighted Water Safety Awareness Month!
🚒Lakeview Water Park opened for the summer on Friday, May 29.

Extension cords and power strips can be useful, however, if not used safely, they can also cause injury.
Safety guidelines to remember:
🔥Read labels to ensure proper use (indoor vs outdoor) and check the number of watts it can power.
🔥Never connect extension cords to extend their length.
🔥Never use a damaged cord or try to repair it.
🔥Do not place extensions cords under carpets, clothing, or furniture.
🔥Do not run extension cords through walls or ceilings.
🔥Use power strips that have internal overload protection

Circuit Overload:
🔌Many home electrical fires can be prevented🔌
Recognizing signs of electrical overload:

-Discolored or warm wall outlet
-Buzzing outlets or switches
-Cracking, sizzling, or sparks coming from an outlet
