For the past 12 weeks, Commissioner Dr. Lisa Scott-McKenzie has been getting a “house tour” of older adult centers across the five boroughs. Most recently, she visitied Encore Community Services to meet with the members of the Aging Through The Arts OAC and the Lifelong Learning Center in midtown Manhattan.
