South Bronx United provides opportunities for local youth to grow as leaders, scholars, and athletes

South Bronx United is a youth development organization that uses soccer to engage community youth and support the South Bronx community. We serve over 800 boys and girls aged 4-19 combining recreational and competitive youth soccer with academic enrichment, college prep, mentoring, health and wellness promotion, leadership development, immigrant legal services, and other social services.

Thank you to the amazing runners who will be taking the course this Sunday for the TCS New York City Marathon in support of South Bronx United!

We had an amazing crew of 15 runners who have fundraised more than $60,000 for South Bronx United’s youth and family programs. Unfortunately, the injury bug struck badly and just 8 will be taking the course Sunday with the others deferring to next year. Regardless, we will be enthusiastically cheering them all on!

The Workforce Development Programs is a 6-month career readiness program for participants ages 16-24 to succeed in entering the workforce. Keep an eye out for our next cohort applications!

It’s the last day of summer before students head back to school! What an incredible summer it was! 🌟 💙

Over five weeks, our young athletes took learning to the next level by putting their problem-solving and critical thinking skills into action to design creative solutions for real-world athletic challenges. Beyond the pitch, they learned to collaborate, innovate, and lead, proving that when you empower youth with the right tools, their potential is limitless.
