Take a look at the recent Adirondack Enterprise article (link in comments) outlining Dan Stec’s plan for healthcare in the North Country. I find his plan incredibly inadequate, especially as he touts himself as a “lead legislator” in his party. Do your research and see how many of his bills actually become law. His proposal to use money recovered from Medicaid fraud to help sustain hospitals and nursing homes raises serious questions about whether he understands the magnitude of our healthcare crisis. Healthcare providers, I want to hear from you: As our healthcare system crumbles at an alarming pace, what do you think of his plan to keep our healthcare institutions afloat?
