Improving the Quality of Life For Our People and For Our Communities. The hospitals serve the public, including eligible Native American beneficiaries.

The Muscogee (Creek) Nation Department of Health is a tribally owned health care system in Oklahoma comprised of seven clinics and three hospitals. The clinics and programs are designed for the benefit of eligible Native American beneficiaries. Hospitals: Creek Nation Community Hospital- Okemah, Muscogee Creek Nation Medical Center- Okmulgee, The Physical Rehabilitation Center- Okmulgee which houses a Long-term Acute Care Hospital, Skilled Nursing Facility, and outpatient Physical, Occupational, Speech, Aquatics, and Cardiac Rehab therapy programs.
