HCA purchases health care, including behavioral health treatment for more than 2.7 million Washington residents and provides behavioral health prevention, crisis, and recovery supports to all Washington residents. Halloween is a time for treats, costumes and community β€” but it’s also a good time to remember healthy habits still count!

βœ… Stay home if you’re feeling sick β€” germs go bump in the night too!
βœ… Wash your hands (or use hand sanitizer) before digging into the candy stash.
βœ… Be visible! Use glow sticks or reflective tape on costumes or treat bags, and carry a flashlight when trick-or-treating.
βœ… Drivers: Halloween means more little ghosts and goblins out at dusk. Slow down, watch for trick-or-treaters, and take extra care.

Have a safe, spooky, and healthy Halloween!
