Caution. Boil water alert

Residents in the highlighted yellow area in the picture below are currently experiencing a precautionary boil water advisory.

Heating water to a rolling boil for at least 1 minute is recommended for all water used in drinking, cooking, brushing teeth or washing dishes.

Residents will receive a doorhanger when the precautionary boil water advisory is no longer in effect.

UNM Researchers Find Microplastics in Canine and Human Testicular Tissue University of New Mexico researchers have detected significant concentrations of microplastics in the testicular tissue of both humans and dogs, adding to growing concern about their possible effect on human reproductive health.

You can help reduce the waste stream gap.
Composting, participating in surprise end of the meal or groceries apps, cloth shopping bags, bar shampoo and conditioners instead of bottles, natural clothes detergent sheets in paper envelopes not plastic bottles.
There are so many methods to reducing your impact on the waste stream without feeling the impact.
