Fine Citizens of the Greater Tri Cities Area, (Or further as we know we have friends and followers all over Planet Earth, but none in space. That we are aware of. Do we? Is anyone in Space these days? If they are then they should reply too if they know this person.)

Anyway,

Officer D’Aquila is looking for the public assistance in identifying the male photographed. The one whose face is not covered up with the yellow circles. However, if you do know someone whose face is a giant yellow circle, we would be interested to know that too. But not as much as knowing who this non yellow circled faced fellow is.

“But Why Pasco Police, why must we tell you who this?”

Well you see fine readers, this person, went on what appears to be a nice family trip to one of our local businesses downtown.

But while the family was there looking at items, trying on boots and hats, this individual was up to som**hing far more sinister.

They looked around to make sure no one was watching them and then made the decision to vandalize over $1000 dollars’ worth of boots.

“But what did he do to vandalize the boots Pasco Police?”

Well, our fearless followers, he scratched in them a few different things; with some of them being drawings of a certain part of male anatomy, as well as the word for said part. He also carved a certain symbol that has been forbidden since the 1940s into some boots.

“Oh Wow Pasco Police, that’s not cool at all and that’s just downright wrong!!!”

Exactly dear readers. What this person did was wrong

And bad

What he did was BadWrong

Or BADONG

Yes, his actions were Badong

And we here at Pasco Police stand for the opposite of Badong:

GNODAB!

So Go Forth Citizens and Stand for GNODAB with us and help us find this young person and bring them to Justice for their crimes.

Pasco Case 26-056719

We would at least like to speak to him or his family about his actions. So if you know who he is please let us know as Non- Emergency Dispatch at 509-628-0333. Tell them the Pasco Police Social Media sent you regards to the above case number. The Password is: Hungry Hungry Hippos. But don’t actually tell them that. Unless you have to, but just tell them that you know who the person is.

Apologies, he allegedly did it. Though it’s on video. Allegedly.
Bonus Points if you can tell us what movie GNODAB is from

Thank You

Citizens and visitors of Pasco!

We asked you not to drink and drive.

Did you listen,

Some of you.

Some of you did a great job.

But 8

8 people from 1600 (4pm) until 0200 (2am) did not listen.

Pasco Officers arrested 8 people for dui. Drug DUIs, alcohol DUIs, minor DUIs.

Many types of DUIs

Bad. Bad people.

Do better

This was in addition to the plethora of other calls that were handled throughout the night

Including but not limited to hit and runs, accidents, thievery, a car being lit on fire, disturbances, and someone shooting a gun.

Anyway.

Here’s a photo of a burnt up car and K9 Brit as a dinosaur for Halloween. He was so scary.

Don’t let spirits get behind the wheel.

If your Halloween plans include drinking, they need to include a sober ride home.

Pasco PD will have additional high-visibility DUI patrols this weekend as part of our Target Zero efforts.

Enjoy Halloween. Leave the scares to the costumes, not your driving.

CRIMES LOADING…

Another busy week in Pasco. Officers handled everything from a woman being held against her will to stalking, impaired driving, burglary and overdose emergencies. Here are a few of the calls:

WOMAN FREED, SUSPECT JAILED — CASE #26-056091
A man barricaded himself in a bedroom with a woman and refused to let her leave. Officers directed her into an adjoining bathroom to separate her from the suspect, entered the bedroom and took him into custody. After receiving medical care, he was booked for unlawful imprisonment with sexual motivation and attempted r**e.

CHANGING SEATS DOESN’T CHANGE THE DRIVER — CASE #26-055422
Officer Cavazos watched a pickup drive over a curb near 4th and Court. After being stopped, the driver climbed into the back seat, but his passengers identified him. Officers saw b**r bottles and a pistol inside and learned he had already struck a concrete sign and fled. Officer Dillsworth obtained a blood search warrant after the driver refused a breath test. He was booked for DUI, hit-and-run and driving without an ignition interlock device. The seat change accomplished nothing.

STALKING SUSPECT ARRESTED — CASE #26-056212
A man waited outside his ex-girlfriend’s workplace, confronted her, shoved her and took her phone when she said she would call police. Officers uncovered a reported pattern of following her, showing up uninvited at her home and work, and placing an AirTag on her vehicle. They had been broken up for more than four months. He was booked into jail on multiple charges.

SHORT FOOT CHASE. MORE M**H. — CASE #26-056035
Officer Peoples located a wanted man at Metro Mart. He ran from her and Officer Sereno, fell while rounding the building and was quickly taken into custody. Officers found m**h on him, and K9 Hapo alerted on his vehicle. A follow-up search warrant located more m**h inside. The suspect was booked for the drugs and outstanding warrants. Good teamwork, including the four-legged member.

FELONY ASSAULT ARREST — CASE #26-055786
A truck driver allegedly punched a Love’s store manager and pinned him to the ground after a dispute over parking in a loading zone. The manager suffered a significant cut beneath his eye that required hospital care. Officers interviewed the victim and a witness, contacted the driver and booked him for second-degree assault.

“FOUND” CABLE. FOUND THE SUSPECT. — CASE #26-056254
A business manager’s security camera captured a man leaving the storage yard with electrical cable. Officer Shanks located a matching suspect on Highway 12 carrying a duffel bag. He claimed he found the cable on the highway and offered to put it back. Officers recovered the business’s industrial cable from his bag, and the manager identified both the suspect and the property. Arrested for commercial burglary.

WHEN SECONDS COUNT — CASES #26-055618 / #26-055835
Officers responded to two separate overdose emergencies. On one, CPR was already underway, and the unresponsive man regained consciousness after Narcan was administered. On the other, a man breathing shallowly began responding after multiple Narcan doses. Both were transported for medical care.

THAT ISN’T HOW TRICK-OR-TREATING WORKS — CASE #26-055555
A man already trespassed from Walmart returned and was reported stealing Halloween candy before heading toward the field behind Lowe’s. Officers found him in the field and booked him for second-degree burglary. The candy run ended at jail.

These calls came alongside the disturbances, welfare checks, collisions, traffic enforcement and follow-up investigations handled across all three shifts.

Serious calls. Good arrests. A lot of work by the people serving Pasco.

This is not how anyone’s Halloween should end.

Driving impaired puts everyone on the road at risk, not just you. Don’t make another family pay for your decision.

Pasco PD will have additional high-visibility DUI patrols this weekend as part of our Target Zero efforts.

Plan ahead. Get a sober ride. Help us make sure everyone gets home.

Thank you to the hundreds of trick-or-treaters and families who came out to see us Wednesday for Spooky Hall at the Pasco Police Department!

We saw some great costumes and had a blast spending time with all of you. We appreciate everyone who stopped by and helped make it such a fun event!

And let’s remember all the dads bravely sacrificing themselves this weekend by “poison testing” the candy to make sure it’s safe to eat. The Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup Dad Tax is a small price to pay for that kind of dedication.

Be safe this weekend, look out for each other, and don’t forget to brush your teeth!

Have A Happy Halloween!

HALLOWEEN WEEKEND — DRIVE SOBER!

The Pasco Police Department will have additional High Visibility DUI patrols on Friday and Saturday as part of our Target Zero traffic safety efforts.

If your Halloween plans include alcohol, plan for a sober ride home. Our officers will be out looking for impaired drivers.

Enjoy Halloween, have fun, and make responsible decisions. Don't turn a night of fun into a tragedy.

Drive sober or get pulled over.
