Quayside Art Gallery

Directions Website

Quayside Art Gallery Largest co-op gallery in the United States with three floors of local art. It was constructed in 1873 as the Germania Steam Fire Engine and Hose Company.

Founded in 1973, Quayside Gallery is one of the oldest and largest member-owned art galleries in the United States. All exhibiting artists are juried into the gallery under stringent standards. We feature new art shows every month on our main level and our artists are constantly showing new work throughout the remainder of the gallery. Art workshops are periodically sponsored for members and the public.

Have you ever seen a piece of art and just known?

Today, we’re celebrating some very happy collectors! 🎨✨

They found artwork at Quayside Art Gallery that resonated with them—and now these beautiful pieces are going home to be enjoyed and lived with.

That’s one of the wonderful things about collecting original art. Sometimes a piece catches your eye. Sometimes it evokes a feeling or a memory. And sometimes, you simply know: this one belongs with me.

Today, we’re also celebrating artist Liz Warner, , whose beautiful work has found new homes with these collectors. ❤️

Quayside Art Gallery is filled with original artwork from local and regional artists, so there’s always something new to discover.

If you’re in downtown Pensacola, come by and see what catches your eye. You may just find the piece that resonates with you—the one you were meant to live with.

Congratulations to the collectors, and congratulations, Liz! 🥂🎨

🎨 Who buys art? Artists do. ❤️

One of the beautiful things about being part of an artist community is that we don’t just create art—we collect it, too.

Recently, Quayside artist Prew chose to bring a piece of fellow Quayside artist Patricia’s - artwork home. What a beautiful example of artists supporting artists—and of the personal connection that can happen when we find a work of art that truly speaks to us.

When an artist purchases another artist’s work, they understand something very special: behind every original piece is another person’s creativity, time, heart and story.

But you don’t have to be an artist—or an art expert—to become a collector.

Maybe a painting reminds you of a place you love.
Maybe it brings a feeling you want to experience every day.
Maybe you simply walk into a gallery and unexpectedly find something that makes you stop and say, “That’s the one.” ✨

That’s what we love about Quayside Art Gallery.

With more than 50 artists and a wonderful variety of styles, mediums and subjects, there’s always something new to discover. Coastal paintings, wildlife, florals, abstract work, contemporary pieces, traditional artwork and so much more.

Your first original artwork could be the beginning of your own collection.

Come wander through Quayside and see what speaks to you. ❤️

Because artists collect art—and you can, too.

✨ When you know… you know. ✨
There’s something so special about watching a collector find the piece. 💙

Hank and Linda came to Quayside Art Gallery with a vision in mind. They were searching for just the right piece to bring that vision to life in their home—and they took their time looking through the beautiful artwork throughout the gallery.

And then… they found it! 🎉

This beautiful coastal photograph by photographer Manuel Rivas captured exactly what they had been searching for. 🌊✨

Congratulations, Hank and Linda, on finding that beautiful piece that spoke to your heart. We are so happy for you and hope it brings you many years of beauty, happiness, and wonderful memories.

And that’s one of the beautiful things about collecting original art. ❤️ Sometimes you walk into a gallery with a vision, and through persistence, curiosity, and a willingness to keep searching, you find the right artist, the right piece, at the right gallery.

What a joy it is to see a piece of art find its way home! 🥂🎨
Here’s to many happy moments with your beautiful new artwork! 💙
