C.O Greenfield Academy is very grateful to Gabriel McDaniel, Construction Project Manager for the long hours and hard work he committed to applying for this grant. Fiesta Sports Foundation, in partnership with BHHS Legacy Foundation, donated the natural turf to the Phoenix public school, located in south Phoenix at 7009 S 10th Street. Along with the playing field, the Foundation installed two brand-new multi-sport courts and a new digital solar-powered scoreboard, completing a full sports complex for the Title 1 school.

C. O Greenfield's Family Center had staff from Phoenix Children's Hospital to conduct 2 free classes for parents and caregivers. With the water safety class, participants also received free life jackets and door alarms. With the CPR and first aid certification class, parents practiced CPR and abdominal thrust for choking on an adult, child and baby mannequin. They also learned about AED (Automated External Defibrillator), Narcan for overdoses and how to stop bleeding.
