Thanks to YOU, we raised $275,710 and reached our fundraising goal 🤩!

A huge thank you to everyone who walked, ran, rolled, volunteered, donated and helped make this year’s Walk4Friendship and Friendship 5K possible.

Your support helps us continue providing free and accessible programs and creating a community where everyone belongs.

Pittsburgh, you showed UP 🎉

Yesterday was such a special day as we celebrated 20 years of Friendship Circle with our sixth annual Walk4Friendship and first-ever Friendship 5K. Seeing Pittsburgh come out and show so much love made it even better!

A HUGE thank you to everyone who walked, ran, volunteered, donated or simply came out to support. Pittsburgh, thank you for continuing to show up and help us build a community where everyone belongs 💜

Walk4Friendship + Friendship 5K is happening THIS SUNDAY, November 1! Here’s what you need to know before the big day👇

📍 Check-in: 8:00 AM at Beacon St. & Murray Ave.
The Morning Lineup:
* 9:00 AM – Group warm-up
* 9:20 AM – Opening remarks
* 9:30 AM – Friendship 5K begins 🏃
* 9:35 AM – Walk4Friendship begins 💜

The fun doesn’t stop at the finish line!

Join us at BARTLETT STREET PLAYGROUND from 9:45 AM–1 PM for our FREE Grand Carnival Celebration! Enjoy inflatables, games, crafts, food, entertainment, mascots and more! Plus, our awards ceremony kicks off at 10:45 AM!

Whether you’re walking, running, or cheering everyone on, there’s something for everyone!

Why does Brendan walk? 💜

For Brendan, it’s hanging out with friends, helping around the office and making everyone smile with his performances. And of course, trips to Kennywood 🎢

His family has been part of Friendship Circle for 20 years and his mom says they’ve seen firsthand how FC creates genuine friendships and opportunities for members to feel included and valued.
