We got our first 1-Start Review... And ya know what? We are sadder about what that star says about us as a society than we are about what that star says about us as a business.

Below is the response your DRB Crew left for the dude who left us ⭐ on Google after calling us, without leaving a message, 3 times within 5 minutes. We never got a voicemail, a text, or an email; no contact form submission nor did he feel it necessary to explain himself in his review that he also left within that 5-minute timespan.

🛑 If you think that's justifiable behavior then PLEASE do us a favor and find another company to work with your rude self!

Private businesses owe you nothing. They are not at your beck and call. They don't have to explain themselves to you. They can run their businesses into the ground if they want. 🤷‍♂️ It's not up to you!!! You are entitled to nothing from them. You can act a hot mess all you want, but it won't change the facts. They don't owe you Jack! Which is really annoying and hard to hear because we all want what we want and we want it now...

Yet some people (the vast majority in our opinion) manage to wait. They manage to act like grown-ups. They don't throw tantrums on the internet when a business is busy with other things. They somehow manage to remember that there are people behind those dial tones... must be magic. 😉

We know it's challenging to keep yourselves in check when dealing with the DRB Crew, but to all of you who manage it... THANKS SO MUCH!!! ❤️‍🔥

PS. Just to air on the side of caution: we did not include this person's name in this post for a reason. They absolutely left this review linked to their Google with all their personal info🤦‍♀️ which, just FYI, is beyond stupid (protect your privacy people!) however that does NOT mean you should take it upon yourself to harass this person on our behalf. The DRB Crew said their piece already; we don't need you adding fuel to a fire cuz that's like so not . So, if you happen to know this person or find him online- leave him be, he’s obviously got enough to worry about trying to make it in this world with such a big chip on his shoulder.

🔥 Fire Prevention Week is coming to a close.

While we're sad that its ending, we're also grateful to have spent this whole week with you all & we hope that this week has helped you realize just how simple fire prevention really can be!

🔥 DAY 6 OF FIRE PREVENTION WEEK: KNOW WHAT NOT TO DO. 🔥

When a fire starts, it’s easy to panic or think, “maybe I can handle this.” But knowing what you shouldn't do is just as important as knowing what you should do! Trust your DRB Crew on this one...

🚫 Don't fight a fire in a smoke-filled room.
💧 Don't use water on a grease fire.
🚪 Don't open a door if you see smoke coming through it.
🛗 Don't try to use an elevator during a fire.
📞 Don't wait to call 911.
🧸 Don't go back inside for belongings including pets.
🧯 Don't use multiple extinguishers- one and done.

Know your plan. Know your limits. Know when it's time to get out! Simply knowing your do's and don'ts can keep you .

🔥 DAY 5 OF FIRE PREVENTION WEEK: DON'T IGNORE THE WARNING SIGNS. 🔥

Sometimes a fire doesn't start with flames and smoke. Sometimes there are little warning signs that something isn't quite right before things become a bigger problem.

So, make sure you keep an eye (and a nose) out for things like:

⚡ Frayed, cracked, or damaged electrical cords
♨ Outlets, plugs, or equipment that feel unusually hot
💡 Flickering or dimming lights (not due to Halloween hijinks)
👃 Burning or unusual smells
🤔 Equipment that suddenly isn't working the way it normally does

If something seems wrong, don't just shrug it off! Those little signs might be trying to tell you something. Staying can really be as simple as paying attention to the things going on around you!

🔥 DAY 4 OF FIRE PREVENTION WEEK: GIVE FIRE SOME PERSONAL SPACE. 🔥
One of the easiest ways to prevent a fire? Don’t give it something to burn! This means making sure you are:

⛽ Keeping combustibles away from heat sources. Give furnaces, heaters, stoves, and other heat-producing equipment plenty of room!

🧹 Don't let clutter creep into those spaces. That pile of boxes probably doesn't belong next to the furnace (and that doesn't mean moving it in front of the breaker either!)

🧺 Store easily ignited materials properly. Things like oil, paint thinners, fuels, and anything covered in those things should be kept far from heat and ignition sources.

A little extra space can make a BIG difference when it comes to fire prevention. So, take another quick lap around to make sure you're giving all that flammable stuff of yours some elbow room! This simple step can make all the difference when it comes to staying !

🔥 DAY 3 OF FIRE PREVENTION WEEK: 🔥

Today’s your reminder to check the equipment that’s supposed to help protect you. It only takes a few minutes to:

🚨 Test your smoke detectors & CO alarms (just like we showed you a while back!)

🧯 Check your fire extinguishers to make sure they’re charged and ready to go.

🆕 Replace outdated equipment. Smoke detectors, CO alarms, and fire extinguishers don’t last forever.

☢ Make sure you have the right equipment for the job. That means the right type of extinguisher for the hazards you actually have and equipment that everyone can and knows how to use when they need it.

🧹 Keep everything clear and accessible. Your extinguisher doesn't do much good hiding behind a pile of stuff, and your alarm can't help if it isn't working!

Do a quick lap around your home or business or shop or wherever you happen to being hanging around today- staying can be that simple!
