Medicare Open Enrollment for 2027 plans began Oct. 15 and will remain open through Dec. 7, 2026. The Oregon Senior Health Insurance Benefits Assistance Program (SHIBA) provides free help so that you can understand your Medicare benefits and make informed decisions.

For example, SHIBA certified counselors can help you:
- Compare and select Medicare plans
- Review your current coverage
- Make changes for the upcoming year.
