What impressed me most was the passion and support from the Commanding leadership and the systems in place to care for the pilots attending.
Hearing the Commander open the training with, “Your mental health is just as important as your physical health,” immediately set the tone for openness and honesty, creating a safe space for us to teach others how to have the conversation.

We were honored to deliver two incredible su***de prevention trainings at Whiting NAS. The willingness to engage, listen, and lean into difficult conversations was powerful to witness. One conversation truly can save a life.
