7 weeks, in-person, ends in graduation:
Southeast Family Health Center — Tuesdays 2-4pm, starting 7/7
Richard Fine People's Clinic (SF General) — Wednesdays 5-7pm, starting 7/8

LGBTQ Minus To***co is teaming up with Tri-Valley Counseling Center to host Breathe Better Livermore, a FREE, feel-good afternoon centered on community, connection, and real conversations around to***co and mental health.

May 31st, 2026 | 12:30–2 PM

Learn quick stress-relief tools and ways to connect, get involved, and make a difference in your community!

We’ll also have resource tables from local organizations, including Tri-Valley NonProfit Alliance and Livermore Pride, so you can connect with groups doing great work in the community.

And of course… free food + fun prizes — because good conversations are even better with good snacks.
