Community open house and pop up bake shop this Sunday!
We invite you to come take a peek inside our home this Sunday, October 4 from 1-3pm. We love our community so much and would love to open our doors to you. Come enjoy the beautiful fall weather on the farm and enjoy the historic architecture of one of Shelby County’s oldest homes. We’ll also have a pop up bake shop with lots of homemade goodies. The Harbison House Field Trip Series!

Buffalo Trace is one of our favorite stops on The Bourbon Trail and one we recommend to all of our guests. It is one of those quintessential Kentucky experiences- and best of all- it’s free!

The grounds are gorgeous, the food in the cafe is delicious and the tasting is so fun! The guides at Buffalo Trace are so knowledgeable and make your tour a great time.

Grab your pals, book a stay at The Harbison House, and make sure to visit Buffalo Trace while you’re in the area!

Summers have a tendency to speed by. But here, we are slowing down and taking time to savor all the best parts of summer: Catching lightening bugs, dinner on the back porch, throwing a line in the pond, and s’mores under the backyard twinkle lights.

We are your ultimate summer vacation or staycation. We even provide the fishing poles! And corn hole! We’ve got endless acres for exploring. And did you know we can even help curate private chef experiences so you don’t have to lift a finger? We try to take care of everything so you can just relax and enjoy our old Kentucky home.
