Lulu Walker Elementary School

Yesterday our Kindergartners graduated and are officially 1st graders! 🎉

Our Walker Wolves have been working hard all year and we couldn’t be prouder of how much they’ve grown! 🐺

Before our students in grades 2-5 took their end of the year reading and math MAP benchmark assessments, Ms. Reynolds promised to let the students who grew the most from each class pie her! 😃 With their eyes on that prize, our students took their time, did their best, and blew us away with their growth! 🎉

Today was Pie Day and Ms. Reynolds stayed true to her promise— over 20 students got to pie her! 😯

We are so lucky to have Ms. Lopez on our campus!! Thank you for putting our students and families FIRST!!

Yesterday we were joined by the E.C. Nash Elementary School Roadrunners, Donaldson Elementary School Dolphins, and Rio Vista Elementary School Bulldogs who will be Walker Wolves next year! Our new students got a tour of the school, had lunch with all the other kids in their grade level, and had double the recess fun! 😎

It was wonderful to see so many smiling face and new friends being made. We are going to have an ✨amazing✨ year together next school year!

At our last assembly of the school year, we recognized our amazing PTO for all that they do for our students, staff, and community. Walker wouldn’t be the same without the support and dedication of our PTO. 🩷

Today the seniors of Amphitheater High School visited Walker as part of their Grad Walk. 🎓 Our Walker Wolves were so excited to see the grads and cheer for their success. Younger siblings, former Amphi High preschoolers, and former teachers were happy to see familiar faces. 🐺 We couldn’t be more proud of all of the amazing graduates. 🤩
