Corporations all across the nation are overruling the will of the people with their HUGE donations. Public schools are slipping because those corporations and politicians they control with all that money, WANT them to fail, so they can funnel more public money into their greedy little, for profit, unaccountable to the public, schools.

YOUR VOTE IS NOT A SUGGESTION.

Last session, Missouri lawmakers introduced thousands of bills and resolutions. Sometimes they pass things you don't want. Sometimes they ignore things you do.

But Missouri's Constitution gives citizens another path. Gather signatures. Put an issue on the ballot. Let the people decide.

What happens when voters approve something and lawmakers want to undo it?

That's where Amendment 6 comes in.

It would prevent lawmakers from changing or repealing a citizen-initiated law on their own. Instead, at least 80% of each legislative chamber would have to approve sending proposed changes back to voters, who would have the final say.

Because our representatives should answer to us, not the other way around.

🗳️ Vote YES on Amendment 6.

Early, no-excuse, in-person voting: October 20-November 2 @ 5 PM.
🛑 Important: No‑excuse absentee voting is IN-PERSON ONLY.

This is a great article on Josh Smead. Give it a read if you'd like to know more about Josh.

Josh met with us here in Unionville early, early on in his campaign at our monthly meeting. We are a SMALL group, and knowing that, he still drove all the way up from Liberty to meet us, share with us his views and plans, & hear about our issues locally, and personally. Let that sink in a bit. He was HERE. Listening to US.

Next he was one of our headliners at our rally in April, held at the Milan Community Center. He was growing as a candidate to be sure, yet still interested in hearing from the citizens. You could feel the energy building.

Lastly, his WhistleStop bus tour, & Josh returned once again to Unionville, and North Central MO. He was greeted by an enthusiast gathering, many times the size of our initial greeting this year. Lots of new faces meeting him for the first time. He made an impression with his knowledge of our area and our problems. No wonder, he's STILL listening.

That's why the PCDCC strongly recommends voting for Josh Smead for Missouri!
