Even the smallest hours can change someone's life. Joan began volunteering with CLB while working full-time. She sorts mail, helps with errands, and small tasks — but what she's really given is something much bigger: a sense of control and connection to someone who needs it most.
Her advice to anyone on the fence? "In the very small hours, even if you work full-time, you can make a big difference in the life of someone who really needs your help." If you've got a few hours to spare, someone in your community could use them.
