πΊπΈ The Supreme Court, the U.S. Capitol and the Library of Congress are places that define the American legal and institutional imagination. They appear in books, lectures, films and news, but during the U.S. module they stop being distant symbols and become part of the actual experience of studying law in Washington.
ποΈ Participants do not only learn about American institutions from a classroom perspective. They walk through the city where many of the most important legal and political debates take shape, where law meets public life, and where history is present almost at every corner.
β¨ The visit to Washington gives the program a dimension that is difficult to recreate anywhere else. It shows that legal education is not only about reading cases or learning doctrine, but also about understanding the environment in which law operates: its institutions, language, culture and everyday rhythm.
π For students interested in American law, this is a rare opportunity to see the system from close range and to understand why Washington remains one of the most important places in the legal world.
π€ Thank you, Wiktoria, Natalia and Agata, for sharing these photos with us.

There is a new journey beginning at the International Business & Trade Summer Law Program!
Weβre pleased to welcome the inspiring and dedicated participants joining this exceptional experience.
Welcome, Jakub NiedziΓ³Εka!
Jakub is a fifth-year law student at the Jagiellonian University in KrakΓ³w, where he also serves as the President of the Faculty Student Council. Professionally, he has been building his legal career in the video game industry, gaining hands-on experience at the intersection of technology, creativity, and law. His academic interests span denominational law, criminal law, and copyright law. Outside the courtroom, Jakub is an avid gamer β which makes his career choice less of a coincidence and more of a calling. He is also a devoted Tottenham Hotspur fan, meaning he has mastered the art of hoping for the best while preparing for the worst.
We do not doubt that our program will help Jakub, as much as the rest of the students, to broaden their knowledge and experience in fields that they are interested in! π₯
